The bottom right corner is not prompting you that this copy of Windows is not genuine? If so, either go to the Microsoft website to purchase the product serial number to activate the system; or search for the activation tool for the corresponding version system.

After booting, the desktop flashes, then the configuration information, then the black screen, as long as the hard drive light is flashing Move, basically no big problem, maybe the system background is updating, maybe the background is optimizing the C drive, after the background automatic work is over, the desktop will appear! As for why the black screen is to refuse any artificial operation, if you manually press the restart switch, I am afraid that the system really has a problem, please wait patiently for the miracle to appear. If there is no flash on the boot screen, no information appears, and the cursor does not flash, the hard drive light does not flash, the problem is on the hardware or the power supply system. The only way is to go to the repair shop for hardware detection and repair.

Method 1: Set the solution to the cause

    1. If the icon of the desktop is not displayed after booting, you can right click on the desktop to view — Display the desktop icon. This will appear on your desktop icon. The desktop function is also normal.

    2. If your problem is not displaying the icon or displaying the taskbar, you can hold down the three keys esc, shift, ctrl on the keyboard. These three keys should be pressed at the same time. At this time, if there is no problem with the system, the task manager should appear.

    3. Click on the application option in the upper left corner of the Task Manager.

    4. In the application options, click the new task button in the lower right corner of the program.

    5. Enter “explorer” in the input box for creating a new task, then click OK.

    6. If there is no other reason, the desktop and the taskbar should appear.

    7. If the desktop icon and taskbar still do not appear, please see the solution below.

Method 2: Solution to the cause of the virus

    1. If the method set by the above does not work, it may be caused by a virus, causing the desktop not to be booted. The method is to reboot, and then press the F8 key on the keyboard to enter safe mode.

    2. At this point, you have entered safe mode and you select the first item to enter safe mode.

    3. If it is a virus, the interface should appear after entering safe mode because the virus file cannot be run in safe mode.

4, then open the anti-virus software installed on your computer, some software can not work in safe mode, but some installed security software can work in safe mode, you open the anti-virus.

5, restart the computer after the anti-virus is completed, if it is a virus, you should be able to appear on the desktop. If the desktop still does not appear, it is the reason of the system itself. It may be that the virus destroys the system files and does not enable the computer to boot into the normal desktop.

Method 3: Solution to the cause of the system itself

    1. If the above method does not work, it must be the reason of the system itself. This situation is something that everyone does not want, but it has to be solved. If you are a thoughtful person and have backed up the system before, it is now very convenient to restore the system and restore the computer to the previous normal state. There are several ways to restore:

    2. Restore the restore software: Generally, press the up and down keys and then select to enter the restore program to start the restore. After the restore, it will automatically restart and enter the desktop.

    3. Restore the system itself, press F8 to enter the safe mode and then restore the system.

    Select Enter Restore Options

    Select Restore Point

    4. Reinstall the operating system.

Unable to open the machine or boot into it, is it related to the improper operation before you shut down? For example: playing games, watching videos, operating big things, using cards caused by long computer hours, right? Or download the inappropriate things, or delete the system files, or power off, etc., the failure will not happen for no reason?

Press the power button repeatedly to try and turn on the machine, try it for a while, really can’t reinstall the system, if you can’t reload it, spend 30 yuan to repair and find someone to help you.

As long as your computer is not plugged in, blue screen, and suddenly shut down, it will not be like this.

Please ask me if you have any questions.
