    First of all, are you sure you have this command? The prompt you gave is the windows platform. The windows platform system itself does not have the cho command.

    It is the batch that has the echo command.

    So, make sure you have not made a mistake. If it is cho, no matter if it is bat or exe, please browse to the directory where this file is located.

    Assuming this is an exe, it is in the D:\REM\ folder.

    cd  D:\REM\  

    cho.exe
