Why is “File or directory corrupt and inaccessible”?

Don't tell me the solution, it can't be solved, just want to know what caused this result

    There are many reasons for this problem, the most common abnormal shutdown, or a forced restart after a computer crash.

    But there are ways to fix it. Use the chkdsk disk to repair the command, please click the Start menu – Run – then type “chkdsk c: /f” and copy it directly, then press Enter. Note that c is a variable and represents c. The disk, depending on the drive letter you enter, for example, if it is a d drive, it becomes “chkdsk d: /f”, and so on.

    There may be bad sectors on the disk for a variety of reasons. If it is a mechanical disk, there may be bad sectors when there is an external force collision. Use the chkdsk disk repair command to see if it can be processed.

    What is it? U disk or TF card? Hard drive? File or directory corruption can not be accessed. There may be 2 cases 1 and no permissions. 2. The file is indeed damaged, the U disk is broken, the TF card is broken, the disk is fragmented (the disk or the hard disk has logical bad sectors or physical bad sectors)
