The computer opens the software program to show where the extension is missing and can be downloaded and installed

    1. After downloading, select X86/X64 according to your system. X86 is a 32-bit computer and X64 is a 64-bit computer. If you don’t know if it is X86 or X64, you can try it.
    2. Copy the dll file to the corresponding directory
    C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
    C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
    C:\ Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8, 10)
    If it is a 64-bit file C:\Windows\SysWOW64
At this point, if the problem persists, you may need to use regsvr32 to register the file
as follows: Click Start, select Run, type regsvr32 zplanelibs.dll and press OK to pop up the registration success message.
