Computer abnormal sound

yesterday everything a normal computer, even after today's open Bluetooth headset but found either watching or playing video games, voice becomes low, the system sounds to maximum, the headset will sound to maximum after barely hear a little voice, which is what causes it, the antivirus software did not detect a virus
