   method: Filter aid auxiliary column filled

   Step 1: H column as the auxiliary column, in Gerry input unit H3 number 1, and then select H3, H4 cells, mouse over H4 cells were lower right corner of the “+” shape, filling the cells drag down, filling the following results:

   step 2, the auxiliary column filter according to a non-null value, i.e. the mouse on the H2 unit grid, just click on the menu [data] – [screening] click the drop-down auxiliary column bottom right corner of the triangle, remove the “blank” in front of the check, and then OK, as shown below: step 3, and finally filter out the the range of cells were filled with the color you like, fill finished, remove the filter and the auxiliary column can be deleted. Finally, the following is obtained:
