On the Windows 10 desktop, right-click on the blank location of the taskbar at the bottom of the desktop and select the Task Manager menu item from the pop-up menu. The Task Manager window will open and click the “File / Run New Task” menu item in the window. Enter the command gpedit.msc in the new task window that opens and click the OK button. In the local Group Policy Editor window that opens, click the User Configuration / Administrative Templates / Windows Components menu item. Locate the “File Explorer” menu item in the expanded Windows component menu. Click on the menu item and find the “Close Windows Key Hotkey” setting item in the right window. Right click on the settings above and select the “Edit” menu item in the pop-up menu. At this time, the “Close Windows Key Hotkey” edit window will open, select the “Disabled” or “Not Configured” setting item in the window, and finally click the OK button. After the setup is successful, you can use the Windows key combination normally.

It may be a problem with the system itself
