500W+ power supply should be enough. But to choose a power supply, you need to find those with reliable quality, and some junk power supplies may falsely mark the output power of the power supply.

It is okay to make a good brand of 500w non-virtual standard power supply. The rated power of 12v+ is at least 430w or more. It is best to have a gold medal and other specifications to be safe.

The power requirement of RTX graphics cards is 650W, and the computing speed of the backward technology of 9700F, which is 8 cores and 8 threads, cannot meet the needs of 2070 graphics cards.

500W is not enough, a power supply with a rated power of 650W is required. The CPU and graphics card are so good, the power supply can not be saved.
