   What should I do if the application cannot be opened when booting on win10

   Methods/Steps

   1. The application cannot be opened in Windows10: I cannot open Groove music with the built-in administrator account. Please log in with another account and try again.

   2. The method to solve the problem that the Windows 10 system cannot open this application
   Making two registry files and adding them to the registry can solve the problem that the Windows 10 system cannot open this application.
   Copy the following content into Notepad:

   [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System]

   6. Go back to the system desktop, find the account 1.reg and account 2.reg registry file icons, left-click and double-click, and follow the prompts to add these two registry files to the registry.

   7. Enter the control panel-user account-change user account control, in the user account control settings window, adjust the notification slider to [Default] Only notify me when the app tries to change my computer, and then click: OK.
   When you open the application again, there will be no dialog box prompting that the application cannot be opened.

   I wonder if you can’t open the application market. If you can use the software manager in 360 Security Guard, click on the system tool to find the WIN10 application market Reinstall

   Answer: The Intel Graphics Control Center guesses that it is a CPU graphics driver problem. It is recommended to remove the internal display driver and reinstall it.
