   1. First press [Win+X] shortcut keys to enter the control panel, and select “security and maintenance” in the case of “big icon”;

   Right -click this program, select “Safe”, find your currently logged in the account in “Group or Username”, click “Edit”, and then check the corresponding items.

   The premise you currently have the permissions that the current user has modified this setting (generally the minimum belongs to the “administrator” group)
