    You can connect locally, disable it and then enable it. Click Start: Start Menu—> Select “Category” in the Control Panel, —> Click “Network and   Internet”, —> and then click “Network and Sharing Center”. —> Click on the local connection, go to the window below, we will disable the local connection, and then open.

    If you still can’t solve it, one way is to set the IP address to get IP automatically (if you know the IP segment of your computer, it is best to set the IP address manually), DNS manual input: 114.114.114.114 Alternate settings 8.8.8.8
