Solve the solution, don't change the CPU

Addition: Remove the grease and remove the grease. The fan speed is good.

    The CPU heat sink can be removed and recoated with thermal grease to clean the dust.

    Answer: The fan speed does not indicate the problem. If the thermal grease is dry, it will cause poor heat dissipation.

    Now the webpage needs a lot of plugins to run. There are a lot of animated ads in the webpage that will take up CPU resources
