A blue screen starts to appear after installation. It is also a blue screen after repeated power-on and restart. It will return to normal after uninstalling the software

    CAD version may be 32-bit and requires a 64-bit installer

    That is the CAD version and The system is not compatible, you need to download and install the compatible version.
