The phone always stops playing music or video automatically. What happened?

No matter what player, always stop automatically, you have to press the play button again. This has only recently begun.

The phone always appears to stop playing music or video automatically. I suggest you explain the operation:

    1. Check if the music auto-off function is set: Music – more in the upper right corner (menu button ) – Settings – Music automatically off – off.

    2. Check if you want to set the mute or mute function. It is recommended to turn off the attempt.

    3. Change other music playback to see if the same problem occurs.

    4. If it is invalid, please update the phone system version to try.

    5. If it is the latest version, please backup the data in your phone and try to restore the factory settings.

If the problem persists, it is recommended that you bring the purchase invoice, repair card and mobile phone to the local Samsung after-sales service center, and the professional engineers will help you detect it.

If there is an automatic pause when the phone is listening to the song, there are the following centralized solutions:

Check if the music auto-off function is set: Music – more in the upper right corner (menu key) – settings – Music automatically turns off – off.

Check if you want to set the mute or mute function. It is recommended to turn off the attempt.

Change other music playback to see if the same problem occurs.

If it doesn’t work, please update your phone system version to try.

There is a problem with the network, whether the song is in the buffer stage.

If the above problems cannot be solved, please consult the telephone customer service or go to the mobile phone repair shop for repair.

Check the headphone contact problem if you plug in the headphones, check the settings without plugging in

Check the headphone jack, is it badly connected, plug and unplug the headphones, and some machines can automatically pause?

My same, estimated It’s related to the system and app mismatch. Try to upgrade.

Question: I just started this way recently. It was still good last week
