    My computer is in the domain

    1. Open the  Microsoft Admin console by: Click the Start button , type mmc in the search box, and press  Enter.  If you are prompted for an administrator password or for confirmation, type the password or confirm it.

    2. In the left pane of the  Microsoft Admin Console, click Local Users and Groups. If you don’t see “Local Users and Groups”, it may be because you haven’t added a snap-in to the  Microsoft admin console. Follow these steps to install: In the  Microsoft Admin Console, click the File menu, and then click Add/Remove Snap-in.

    Click Local Users and Groups, and then click Add.

    Click Local Computer, Finish, and then OK.

    3. Click on the “Users” folder.

    4. Click Actions, then click New User.

    5. Type the appropriate information in the dialog box and click Create.

    6. When you are done creating a user account, click Close.
    My computer is in a workgroup

    1. To open the User Account, click the Start button , Control Panel, User Accounts, and Family Safety. , and then click User Accounts.

    2. Click “Manage Other Accounts.”  If you are prompted for an administrator password or for confirmation, type the password or confirm it.

    3. Click “Create a new account.”

    4. Type the name you want to assign to the user account, click the account type, and then click Create Account.

    Click and open: “Start”—–>”Control Panel” , open the control panel program

    Select and open “User Account” in the open control panel program

    Select and open “Manage Other Accounts” in the opened user account, as shown below

    In the “Manage Account” that opens, open “Create a new account” at the bottom left

    first enter the username of the new user, then select the type of the user, because We want to create a restricted type of account, so select “Standard User” and finally click “Create Account” in the lower right to create this account

    After creating the account, it will automatically enter all the system. Account In the list

    Click on our newly created account to make more settings, such as account name, password, account display image, etc., as shown below.
