No sound in the laptop

Asked by: Martin 194 views Computer November 9, 2018

There is no sound outside the notebook, the sound is inserted into the headphones, the driver is normal, the settings are normal.

Addition: Everything is normal before the system update in the previous two days. I choose to update and shut down when I sleep at night. The next day I turned on the computer and put the music. There was no sound. I didn’t see the sound card driver, and then the system didn’t release the sound after the system was repaired, but the headphones had sounds plugged into the headphones!

This bug after the win10 update, the normal use of the sound card suddenly can not be used, the new version of the patch has been corrected, the most succinct way is to use the driver wizard to reload the latest driver.

Try with 360 repair, check if the sound card is damaged, or the circuit is faulty, then check if the settings are correct, otherwise you need to repair it. .

There is a sound in the plug-in earphone, indicating that the hardware such as the sound card is no problem, it may be a problem with the speaker.
