LED display side blur

Addition: No problem with the chassis, no problem with the graphics card, LED single-sided backlight, lamp bead on the right side, I just want to ask if this is a logic board problem, or a decoder board problem, thank you!

    It may be a problem with the monitor itself. You can go to the appliance repair to see

    It is estimated that the monitor has a problem and went to the after-sales inspection.
